Declaration

I/We, the undersigned applicant/co-applicant (s) (collectively, the “Applicants”), hereby apply to NetZero Finance Private Limited (“NetZero”) for a solar loan facility in the amount specified in this application. By signing below, the Applicants confirm, declare, and undertake the following that Applicants confirm that all information and particulars provided in this application, including supporting documents, are true, correct, and complete, and shall form the basis for NetZero's decision to sanction or reject the loan. The Applicants undertake to promptly notify NetZero of any change in the provided information, including but not limited to changes in business activity, registered office address, net worth/financials, or composition of directors, promoters, shareholders, or partners. The Applicants expressly authorize NetZero to make any inquiries or seek information, at its sole discretion, including verification of credit history with credit information companies, banks, financial institutions, or any third parties. The Applicants consent to NetZero obtaining, sharing, or disclosing such information with relevant authorities, including but not limited to the Central KYC Registry, CERSAI, RBI, or credit bureaus, for purposes including verification, compliance, credit assessment, risk analysis, and fraud prevention.

The Applicants consent to NetZero and its affiliates, agents, and contractors storing and processing all personal and financial information provided herein through digital or electronic means for internal analysis, credit scoring, record maintenance, or marketing, subject to applicable laws.

The Applicants confirm that neither any insolvency or liquidation proceedings have been initiated or are pending against them, nor have any legal proceedings been filed or are pending against the Applicants or their directors, promoters, or partners. The Applicants acknowledge that the sanction of the loan is subject to the sole discretion of NetZero and that NetZero reserves the right to approve, reduce, or reject the loan application without assigning any reason. The terms of the loan, including rate of interest, shall be determined based on the Applicants’ creditworthiness, loan tenure, risk profile, prevailing interest rates, NetZero’s cost of funds, and applicable risk premiums. The Applicants undertake that funds received under the loan facility shall not be used for purposes prohibited by law, including but not limited to investments in capital markets, speculative purposes, or any other activity restricted by applicable regulations. The Applicants agree to comply with all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements as prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India and to furnish all relevant documentation and information as may be required by NetZero from time to time.

The Applicants understand and acknowledge that any processing fees, login fees, or stamp duty paid are non-refundable, irrespective of whether the loan is sanctioned, reduced, or rejected. The Applicants confirm that they understand the English language or that the contents of this declaration have been explained in a language understood by them. Unless otherwise notified in writing, all future communications, including the loan agreement and related documents, shall be provided in English. The Applicants agree that this application and all documents submitted herein shall remain the property of NetZero and shall not be returned under any circumstances.

Applicants authorize NetZero to communicate with them via digital platforms including but not limited to email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other electronic means for all purposes related to this application and the loan.
