Installer Agreement Terms

1. You have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to be bound by the Master Installer Agreement, as made available to you electronically prior to acceptance.
2. You have been provided with a reasonable opportunity to review, download, and retain a copy of the said Agreement for your records.
3. Your act of clicking “I Agree” constitutes your valid, lawful, and binding acceptance of the Master Installer Agreement under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and such acceptance shall be treated as equivalent to a written, signed contract under applicable law.
4. You affirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the Installer entity and to legally bind the entity to the terms of the Agreement.
5. The Company shall maintain system-generated audit trails including timestamps, IP addresses, and digital acceptance logs evidencing your acceptance of the Agreement, which shall be admissible as electronic evidence in any legal proceedings.
