Sales Manager

This position entails sourcing business through various channels, meeting portfolio acquisition and quality targets, and efficiently converting leads into deals in the BFSI industry, particularly asset finance.

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Ahmedabad, Surat, Sangli, Solapur, Bangalore, Coimbatore and Chennai.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the sourcing of business through various channels
  • Ensure that the portfolio acquisition numbers, and portfolio quality targets are being met
  • You will be responsible for lead conversion, negotiation, documentation, closing the deals and handling queries efficiently
  • You’ll ensure a quick processing turnaround time of individual cases
  • You must be able to work seamlessly with the key stake holders including credit and operations – both internal and external
  • You must possess sound understanding of asset finance products & process


  • 2 to 4 years of work experience in sales from BFSI industry. Persons with prior experience with NBFC are preferred.
  • Experience of sales in equipment finance, machine loans, business loans will have an advantage
  • Good in English, Hindi, and the local language of the respective region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu)
  • Graduation in any domain
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to influence with strong negotiation skills
